I try to provide sufficient information/images to enable you to make an informed purchase. If at any time you need more information, please do get in touch via my contact me facility.
I want you to enjoy the items you purchase from me for many years and I will take every care to ensure the items reach you in great condition.
Any issues with your order please reach out to me so I can fix the issue for you.
Returns will only be considered if it can be shown that the item was defective from a manufacturing or damage in transit perspective.
Costs of materials I/We use in creating these bespoke items fluctuate frequently so I/we reserve the right to alter our prices without notice. Prices shown at point of purchase will be honored but cannot be guaranteed for future purchases.
I/we welcome customers who would like an item made specifically for you. Please reach out and I can discuss your ideas and requirements.

I take data security extremely seriously so any information provided will only be used to provide you with the service requested. In most cases this will be solely to deliver your item to you.
I will ask your permission to keep you updated with any special promotions or items I think you may be interested in. This will usually be in the form of a news email from time to time. Mostly, I will promote these offers via my social media. You can of course opt out of this at any time.

I am happy to accept payment via the following:

Credit or Debit Card via Apple/Google pay
Items will not be dispatched until cleared payment received.
Refunds will be returned via the same method the payment was made.
Special / Bespoke orders will require a 50% deposit to secure the work. Remainder will be payable when order completed but before dispatch.

All items are sold as seen/described.
Items described as decorative/ Art / display are not suitable for use with food or toys. If buyers choose to use these items with food they do so entirely at their own risk.
Only items described as food/Toy safe should be used with food items.
Wood being a natural medium can change colour, shape and size. It can also sometimes crack and split. This is not a manufacturing defect and will usually be due to natural wood movement or the conditions it has been displayed or stored in. Whilst I take every precaution to only use wood that has been appropriately dried/seasoned, I cannot guarantee any item will remain exactly as when purchased.
Items made as multiples will be made as identical as possible but as all items are handmade, they will have some slight differences.

Items should not be displayed in areas of high heat or moisture, i.e. above a radiator or submerged in water/liquids.
In summer, strong sunlight can damage wooden items, so please avoid displaying items in strong direct sunlight
Clean food items with a damp cloth with some washing up detergent then dry thoroughly. Items can be rinsed, but not left to soak as this can cause the wood to crack as it dries again.
Decorative items can be buffed up with a soft cloth and a simple furniture polish or wax then buffed to a shine.
