• I will aim to dispatch the item within one or two days of purchase.  If for any reason there is a delay, I will let you know.

• Your items will be packed in such a way to prevent any damage in transit. If you receive an item in less than perfect condition, please let me know so I can take it up with the delivery service used.

• I/we welcome orders from international customers, delivery costs will of course vary depending on destination. Please contact me prior to ordering to confirm cost of delivery to your location.

• International customers will be responsible for any import taxes payable, so I would encourage you to check prior to ordering if any charges will be applicable.

• International customers Please note: Some countries restrict the import of wood and wooden items, so please check if this applies your country.  I cannot take responsibility if your item is seized at border control.

• Returns will only be considered if it can be shown that the item was defective from a manufacturing or damage in transit perspective.
