This stunning piece of Oak has some fantastic grain patterns additionally, as usual with Oak a few splits and cracks caused by the stresses being released as the wood dries.  The  major ones have been stabilised with a black epoxy and the minor ones left as features of the piece.  The exterior has been sealed and finished with a clear wax and polished to a high sheen. Inside has been finished with Food Safe Odies oil to protect againt fruit juices or similar.  A light polish to the outside and a damp clothe wiped over the inside is all that is needed.  This should not be immersed in water.
